Metallic Epoxy Floors
Our metallic epoxy flooring is a 100% epoxy system with a pearlescent variegated look. Metallic epoxy systems are ideal for about any space that is in need of a one of a kind tough glass like surface. Metallics incorporate a three coat system: an epoxy primer, a thick base coat of metallic epoxy, and a tough urethane/aspartic top coat. Truly a high end affordable floor. Stained Concrete Floors
These floors are a timeless favorite. Stained concrete can be custom-made to meet any stylistic theme. We apply Dyes, Acid Stain, and UV Stains. While most floors use one translucent color, more colors can be added for that special look. Stains or Dyes are translucent. Most floors will be diamond ground to a smooth surface, stained and top coated for a unique sturdy floor. Polished Concrete Floors
Polished concrete is concrete that is mechanically ground very much like terrazzo. Polishing concrete involves a series of diamond grinding steps from 20 grit to 3000 grit to polish the floor. These floors are slip resistant and extremely durable. We can apply stains or dyes to polished concrete as well. Not all concrete is a good candidate for polishing. Concrete should be flat and in fairly good condition for proper polishing. Southern States will inspect your floor and go over all options with you. Epoxy Flake System
Here is a classic floor that gives a lot of hide, good traction, and high durability. Epoxy Flake floors are an excellent choice for high traffic areas such as, auto bays, showrooms, carports, kennels, or basements. Like all our epoxy floors they are tough as nails. These are not DIY kits. Our flake systems use 100% solids epoxy or aspartics along with urethane/aspartic top coats. All surfaces will get diamond ground for proper surface penetration. Novalic Epoxy Floors
Novalacs are best used for chemical containment and floors subject to chemicals. They are extremely durable and long lasting. Novalacs can incorporate fiberglass for added stress relief.
