Basement in Cumming Georgia, Stained Concrete

Check out this basement we stained in Cumming, Georgia. Stain provides color variation as it is applied and this homeowner wanted to add to the color variation by choosing two colors. We prepped the floor with our diamond grinder to open the pores in the concrete so that the stain could saturate into the concrete creating a long lasting color. We then repaired some cracks and applied the color, dark adobe as the base and then dark chocolate as an accent color. Finally, we applied multiple coats of sealer to lock in the stain and Zepp wax to further protect the coating as well as provide a nice gloss finish.
